Cancellation Conditions
All cancellations are handled in accordance with the General Terms of Business of the Austrian hotel industry. Should you need to cancel, this would mean:
§ 5.5 Contract rescission by a party to the agreement – cancellation fees
- up to 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge.
- from 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the total price of the stay.
- from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total price of the stay.
- less than one week prior to arrival: we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the total price of your stay; 100% in the event of premature departure.
Tip: In order to avoid any unnecessary expenses due to cancellation or due to need for mountain rescue services (including helicopter rescue), we strongly recommend you consider taking out travel insurance.
